preferred unit of measurement for procedure #2

When an procedure (lab) result value is linked with several unit of measurement (e.g. Blood pressure can be measures in cmHG or in mmHG), the ontology needs to include to preferred unit of measurement to which all the value related to this procedure will be transformed automatically.

What is the approach in other ontologies or standards ? Can we copy this from another one (e.g. HL7 FHIR)

Introduce new set of properties in AIDAVA ontology for preferred unit of measurement and value.

Maintain an additional registry of the "Preferred units of measurement" to be used in the PHKG.

To consider: can we implement it as a restriction of a property?
