sphn:Code and normalization of data entries #27

In MUG data, there is a column refered tumor_grade with string type, containing data entries such as "1", "2", and so an. When mapping this column to sphn:TumorGrade, which predicate of sphn:TumorGrade should be applied to express these values?

Note: the range of sphn:hasCode is Code or Terminology, while our data entries are represented as string values and are not normalized or coded.
