Issue #16 - Add aidava:Patient class

The class aidava:Patient is added to SPHN, as a subclass of SPHNConcept. It is described with the following properties:

• aidava:hasBirthDate -> sphn:BirthDate
• aidava:hasAdministrativeGender -> sphn:AdministrativeGender
• aidava:hasSubjectName -> aidava:SubjectName
  • aidava:SubjectName -> aidava:hasGivenName (first name); aidava:hasFamilyName (last name)
• aidava:hasAdress
• aidava:hasIdentifier

Deprecated: sphn:hasSubjectPseudoIdentifier and sphn:SubjectPseudoIdentifier

All classes which were domains of sphn:hasSubjectPseudoIdentifier are now domains of aidava:hasPatient
