36 fix aidavahaspatient domain and range and the domains of hasCode and hasBodySite #37

For the properties hasPatient, hasCode and hasBodySite, the domains Diagnosis and Procedure were not refering to the SPHN concepts, but to other classes. This is fixed in the issue #36.
