input needed and planning for AIDAVA reference ontology

Need to clarify timelines and dependencies to finalise the AIDAVA reference ontology including

1. any additional input needed on the different components across teams (e.g on target/output data elements, on data transfer specification, ...)
2. dependencies of ontology for other deliverables and time (e.g annotation, SHACL rules finalisation and data quality, work and deliverables in WP5,..)
3. estimated planning

Please clarify as well

• when you will update GitHub (e.g. README is empty, catalogue is a few lines with no explantions)

• when you will document the different components

• when you will produce R1.0 of the ontology that includes

  1. SPHN
  2. concepts/data elements needed to support IPS
  3. data elements from BC and CVD In the ontology - we need to make a clear difference between the ontology itself (stable across ALL Patients) and the empty structure of the PHKG that will be filled for each patient.
