In MUG data (e.g., MKONTUDO_IMMUNHISTO), there are two columns called:

1- ER ALLRED: Describing whether the allergy to Estrogen Receptor is negative or positive. 2- PR ALLRED: Describing whether the allergy to Progesterone Receptor is negative or positive.

Could you please provide guidance on how they should be modeled and mapped?

@ Stefan: In case of SNOMEC, I think there is no pre-coordinated expression referring to PR ALLRED. How can accurate post-coordination expressions be provided in these cases? how it can be modeled using code in SPHN?
