These are suggestions from Ted:

Labels: Including a configurable label that sits onto on the map depending on information in the layer. This could be used to show information about the selected layers (i.e. quality, copyright, limitations, warnings etc)
Basic Printing: Whilst advanced printing and pdf output might be too difficult for the moment, Andreas might know of a simple way to get a basic printing working using OpenLayers
Multi-select: Select a set of calculated impact features (in a bounding box or a box region). This could then output a mini report showing, for instance, the details on all schools in the selected region.
Polygon Bounding Box: Enable impact calculation for a not rectangular bounding box.
