Hi @AIFSH Can you explain what this means 4/23 : 40/40 this process taking so long, the voice is like 14 seconds. I'm surprised that it continued rendering with my RTX 260 6gb of VRam.

Same issue here, it is taking much too long to be reasonable. The paper stated at most it would only take ten seconds for some short audio sample and this is orders of magnitude slower.

It's a great plugin, though, beats MuseTalk and AniPortrait, but.... something doesn't seem right with it taking 387 seconds for a 7 second audio clip.
