Please do not ignore citations.
Hi @Sikerdebaard
Thank you for your contribution with the dcmrtstruct2nii
package!
We have not cited the package in the main study paper as it was not a part of the tools used in the study. We have used dcmrtstruct2nii
solely to develop a user-friendly Python package as the tools we had originally used (plastimatch
) are not conveniently available via a Python interface.
We will be submitting a JOSS (https://joss.theoj.org/) paper in the near future for this package and will cite dcmrtstruct2nii
as it has helped us construct a strong OSS package with a good user experience.
@Sikerdebaard Closing this issue. I will update you when we submit our paper for the package. Thanks again for your work.
I recently came across your website and its related research paper https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.09.04.23294952, and I noticed that you used our software dcmrtstruct2nii but didn't cite it. We put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining this software to assist the research community, and proper citation helps support our work and give credit where it's due.
Could you please update your papers to include the following citation:

Thanks!
