Thank you for this fantastic work and sharing the project code.

I am very interested in the biological association analysis in this work (Figure 6). But I couldn't find the code for the analysis. Can you help me solve this problem?

@Houwentai Thanks for your interest in our work.

The code for the biological association analysis was developed by one of our collaborators, and it hasn't been released yet. I'll contact them to check if there are any proprietary tools involved and will update the repository with the code as soon as possible.
