Features like Spiculation #749

Hi,

I looked over the various features and didn't see anything like "Spiculation". I'm wondering whether you have an equivalent to the "Spiculation" feature in your feature pool that we could utilize as a stand-in?

Several shape features describe this, such as sphericity, compactness etc. See the PyRadiomics docs for details on these and other features.
