Automate test with github actions #6

Had to create seperate branch, for some reason clicking the "Create a branch for this issue" did not work with making a branch for making the github action. Not sure why.

Hi, I just saw this video and apparently, you can set this up using the PkgTemplate https://youtu.be/C9hGkFbJLl4?t=897

I have tried to use the template to create the actions including a tagbot which we are going to need later and the actions to automatically create a documentation page. I have attached the files here.

I think we should copy the actions from here and the docs folder. Then we would also follow the standard layout and ect.
