Create function to load DEM #8

see dem(...) in https://github.com/lupemba/syntese/blob/master/ToolBox/src/Load.jl for inspiration.
Use the Archgdal to load the tiff DEM the same way as is used in https://github.com/AIRCentre/SARProcessing.jl/issues/4
