Function to map from Latitude longitude to xyz

Map a point (latitude, longitude, height) to line and sample in a SAR image using an orbit state interpolate function and image metadata.

• ellipsoid2xyz and xyx2ellipsiod can pretty much be copy pasted from https://github.com/lupemba/syntese/blob/master/ToolBox/src/Geometry.jl
• Unit tests should be added. -- a test that where a point is transformed back a fourth between coordinate systems is good to check consistency
