Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
when custom brighness is not selected, it is selecting a fixed gain (1) and fixed exposure (140) setting instead of autogain and auto whitebalance for PS3Eyecam. This explains why I always needed to manually set them for varying lighting conditions.
Custom gain and custom exposure settings are currently not used in OCVCamera so they are probably defaulting to auto.

For PS3Eyecam, unselect custom brightness and attempt to track in both dim and bright lighting conditions.

When not selecting a custom manual brightness selection, I would expect it to be auto
