This PR contains the changes for the next release (0.6.2)
Solves bug which set the camera FPS to 0, causing AITrack to crash.
Added program number version on the window.
Made an update notifier system.
Added scoop app manifest so AITrack can be installed with this tool.
Neutralize relative rotation on X/Y movements of the head.
Fixed bug which made some cameras (most of them Logitech) to show duplicated video feeds along its horizontal axis when its resolution was changed.
