Added multithreading configuration to prefs.ini #87

Just a makeshift addition to configuration file. Mostly for personal use, but maybe you'd find it useful. By default this behaves exactly the same as in v.0.6.3, but allows advanced user to control multithreading configuration through .ini settings.
