GitHub hooks and other integrations #12

@JayKumarr, as we migrated to GitHub, I need your help to set up all the tiny details of the repository related to automation regarding AISdb building, testing, and sharing. @Jinnkunn mentioned that Maturin is integrated with GitHub, so we need to have it all settled up before we make the repository publicly available.

@Jinnkunn, are the CI Actions you are working on the divide-repo branch the same as this? If so, let's move this assignment for you to avoid duplicity between yours and @JayKumarr's works.
