Clean up and divide the repository #13

@Jinnkunn, could you please clean up the AISdb repository and divide it into AISdb Client and AISdb Server?

I am reopening this issue as we have not received any updates regarding our secondary repository, which is the server-side. Jay has resolved most of the issues from the client-side, but we still need to review, document, and clean up the server side before we can make it available to the public.
