Finishing the SeriesIDTestLoader Final #714

Background: SeriesIDTestLoader has been partially merged but still has some issues with respect to the end-to-end model evaluation pipeline.

The goal of this PR is to

[ ] Make evaluator compatible with serisidltestloader.
[ ] Finish the test cases for SeriesIDTestLoader as defined in
[ ] Fix the end-to-end unit test for SeriesIDTestLoader in trainer1 tests
