Update current readme file for visitors to know about this initiative.

Suggest your changes and ask us to assign the work to you, don't send PULL REQUEST without asking for assigning the work.

NOTE : Hacktoberfest has changed its rules and minor readme changes will not be accepted, a proper readme or a new update to current one will be accepted

@Yashika25 - Upgrade read me and correct grammatical errors.

I can add the hyperlinks to the file, about the website (like the new feature categories, enhancements), the contributing criteria to help beginners find issues and there are some grammatical errors. Please assign it to me so that I can start working on it.

Please assign me this issue, I can improvise the readme file with the shortcut links to the website. And also can add the screenshots for the steps mentioned for contributing for easy understanding.
