Description

implement the UI for auto-verifiable tasks, displaying a message and required actions.

Acceptance Criteria

the UI displays a clear message like "complete the following actions to apply".
a list of tasks ( e.g like, comment) is displayed.
the submit task button is only displayed after all required tasks are completed
