New message 'compile to sonic pi'

Grab the hash from PatternStore.hash
decode sequence numbers to a binary string
generate sonic pi code
- first block sets bpm, then synthesiser variables
- next, a loop
- for each step
- play sample, or set synth and play note
- sleep 0.25
Generates a file the public folder, timestamped. e.g.: 'smiff_2015-01-23_15-34.rb'
return contains 'file_path' attribute.
- Web interface renders a link
- CLI kicks off sonic-pi application

It will not be possible (for now) to push this code directly into sonic pi. This is waiting for a new API call to be implemented, It'll probably be a while. (https://github.com/samaaron/sonic-pi/issues/937)
