Add HTTPS support #22

Hi! I like tiny_dungeon_player a lot! I wanted to recommend adding HTTPS support, possibly through Cerbot / Let's Encrypt. Reasoning: Some number of people, myself included, have browsers configured not to run any JavaScript from HTTP origins, so this would make it safer to deliver JS to users.

Thanks for engaging! Glad you like the little game! (It's open source if you feel you could add anything to it)

I've not actually set up HTTPS support before, but I'm willing to give it a try. It might be a couple of weeks until I get to it, tho. Busy work schedule here.
