DTR removed, from UCP interface management, but still showing as installed #14

I would lie to remove DTR to reinstalle it again. Removed it successfully using UCP interface, when trying to reinstall it, it shows that it is installed. Even after node restart.

Uninstalled UCP and reinstalled it. During interactive installation, it put forward that it found an UCP and ask me if I want to use it. If I say no, it exits the installation, if I say "yes" it reinstall UCP and I got the same situation as previously described: it shows that DTR is installed.
