Run NSPHS for 100, 1k, 10k and 100k random SNPs on Bianca

Currently, these scripts differ only in the number of SNPs:

• 1k SNPs
• 10k SNPs
• 100k SNPs

Make one script that simply iterates over a number of SNPs.

Also, try to hit the upper limit. I predict the upper limit will be time (i.e. 10 days), not memory.

This is interesting for speed measurements, but real data now suffices :-)
