Build a screen to show the differences between two data sets

Currently

• Data is just overwritten without being able to see any differences between the two datasets.

Description (acceptance criteria)

Depends on #150.

If the automerge in #150 does not work then:

• [ ] Extend the current SolidSigninForm screen to show the list of the conflicted_items of wcomponents and knowledge_views:
  • [ ] The last modified date of the data in LocalStorage and on the remote
  • [ ] Who modified the remote dataset
  • [ ] The fact the remote version will be kept and the local changes will be lost

Why (hypothesis)

• Will allow the user visibility over what data is being lost / changed.

Additional context

In the future the components to be kept can be edited to contain elements of the other component / merged with the component that will be overwritten.

Not necessary now we're using real time sync to source of truth but will move to icebox as in the future this async / offline storage functionality followed (a lot later, e.g. minutes, hours, days, months) by a sync would be useful.
