Recursion on accessing base without permission #196

Describe the bug

On accessing a base I do not have permission to the code hits a Maximum call stack size exceeded.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in
  2. Change the URL parameter to a storage_location which you do not have access to
  3. App hangs

Expected behavior

Should present the "Choose knowledge base" screen
