Warn when state VAPs are hidden by created_at filter #198

Currently

The VAPs are shown as "hidden"

Description (acceptance criteria)

[x] Add VAPs to the "components hidden by created_at filter"
[x] Add a warning next to the "hidden" title
[x] All warnings, when clicked, should show the time sliders
[x] Hide the timesliders by default
[x] All the timesliders to be hidden whilst editing

Why (hypothesis)

Will make it easier for the user to understand why state values might be hidden
Allowing timesliders to be hidden whilst editing will make the canvas area larger
