Judgments are not shown #199

Describe the bug

A judgement on a state node is not being shown

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a judgement on a node
  2. Refresh the page and it will not be shown
  3. Change the time and it will be shown.
  4. Change the knowledge view away to something else and then go back and it will be hidden.

Expected behavior

Should be shown.

derived.current_composed_knowledge_view.active_judgement_or_objective_ids_by_target_id is empty
