New validity predictions should be treated like Value predictions #206

Currently

When you create a new value prediction, the created and sim time dimensions are advanced to include this new prediction.
When you create a new validity prediction, the created and sim time dimensions are not advanced to include this new prediction.
When a value prediction is hidden by the created at time filters, a warning is shown.

Description (acceptance criteria)

[ ] When a new validity prediction is created, advance the created and sim time dimensions to include this new prediction.
[ ] When a validity prediction is hidden by the created at time filter, show the same warnings as for the value predictions being hidden.

Why (hypothesis)

Will make it easier for the user to add validity predictions
