Hang up when trying to edit new component #221

Describe the bug

Create a new component, changing it's title and it will never finish saving itself

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new component
  2. Change it's title
  3. Observe it keeps trying to save until you refresh the page

Expected behavior

Should save and then stop trying to save it

Now getting:

Got error saving wcomponent 6c6105b0-7f33-4dbe-9850-7919c1b84006.  Error: Inconsistent
state violation.  save_"wcomponent" got "409" but no latest_source_of_truth item.  Error:
"[object Object]".
