Links in text are lost #226

Describe the bug

Once a link is added using [text](http://some.url) then they can be lost when moving between editing and presentation

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit a node to add a link
  2. With the text still focused, press ctrl+e to move to presentation mode, then ctrl+e to move back to editing
  3. Observe the link has been lost

Expected behavior

The link should be maintained

It's not just links but any change
