"Also in" list should show knowledge views from other knowledge bases that this component is also in #238

Currently

Only the knowledge views of the current knowledge base are searched for populating the "Also in" list.

Description (acceptance criteria)

[ ] Either the list under "Also in" automatically includes all knowledge views (that this user has at least read level privilege/access to).
[ ] Or there is another button for "Search other knowledge bases" (for knowledge views that contain this component)

Why (hypothesis)

Easier to navigate DataCurator content
