within the cognitionThread things are created as one object for all robots, which is not as intended and causes other issues

Tested on Windows:

Bot Behaviour is as expected, no ErrorMessages in OneTeamFast, some in GameFast
in GameFast 2nd team has errant behaviour (but somehow only 2nd team) -> will maybe need own issue

Der Comm-Fix hat das Verhalten der Roboter in der Simulation berichtigt/verbessert. Dies wurde unabhängig unter Win10, Win11 und Linux verifiziert. Die Issues mit Abstürzen durch falsche Memory Allocation haben ein eigenes Issue bekommen, womit dieses Issue nun obsolet ist und geschlossen werden kann.
