Ameer Muhtaseb: I think the most important thing to finish by next week is finish refining the UI. It may be nice if the background was not all white and if there was a more cohesive theme to the app. The different colored buttons/chat boxes make it difficult to follow the app at some times. Also the transition between the map and the chat could be cleaner.
Khaled: the most important thing to finish by next week is improving the UI in order to be more smooth. The app as a whole looks very good and functions well, but I would say the app still needs improvements on how to switch between chatting with the ai and looking at the map. This would make the app as a whole easier to use.
Shreeman: The most important thing to finish by next week is to polish up the user interface such that the map interface is more smooth and usable. You need to make the map have the same amount of accessibility as the chat by perhaps making them side-by-side. Functionality-wise, the app is solid.
Belal: The most important thing to finish by next week is to maybe improve your data base of restaurants or backend. I was playing around with the chat bot and it couldn't recognize messages such as "more suggestions". It would be nice if the chat bot could suggest some other restaurants of the same category if you don't want to go there.

The most important thing to finish by next week is to refine the UI. I really like the idea of your app and the UI now looks clear and intuitive. There are still some small things to change in my opinion: a) the color of the navigation bar looks too similar to the color of the background. It makes people hard to discover there is a navigation bar for home and about. b) maybe also put the chat bot on the navigation bar, just in case people want to do directly from the about page to chat bot. c) The “click to chat with Karan” button is not aesthetically good. I can see the point that you are using bright color to catch user’s attention, but it does not fit with the rest of UI. Think about changing the color, shape and font of the button. d) the three map buttons on the bottom of the map are not intuitive in terms of discoverability. My instinct is to put them on the top of the map and change the color. Also integrating the functions of the Route button and Print Route button may reduce confusion. Good job!

I think the most important thing to finish by next week is to have Karan by a main focal point when accessing your app. Like when you go to your app, I see a blue bar that indicates the action to talk to Karan, but for what? If I was a first time user, I may want Karan to greet me and ask if I would like to ask him what I would like to eat that day, instead of reading your about page on the instructions to navigate your app or see the about page and show a video on how to interact with Karan. Based on your milestone markdowns, I cannot really grasp how your UI flows and how it looks like with the Yelp content. Please show screenshots of the entire UI next time.

The most important thing to finish by next week is finishing up the implementation of Karan and making sure it works properly. I think your UI looks very nice. It’s sleek, the fonts and colors match, but I wish you had a nicer logo. I think the logo can really help any website or application look more professional, so this is very important. You can easily find some nice ones on Google or create your own more simplistic one. I also like how in the navigation bar you have alternating colors, this allows the user to easily know which tab they will be clicking. One thing I wish you would change though is your wording. I think that “Print Route” isn’t very intuitive in showing the directions on the screen, maybe a better name would be “Get Directions” or “Route Me”. I also think that the top bar that says “Home” and “About” should be moved to the bottom as a global navigation. First, if on a mobile device these may be too small to click. Secondly, I think that having the navigation is more intuitive. Overall, everything looks really great!
