The murderer can win a round even if some innocents are still alive #54

A rare occurrence is that the murderer can actually win without killing all the innocents, possibly because some players are overlooked when checking how many innocents are left.

This issues occurs while the safe time is on, the players can die in that moment by different type of damages like fall(wdi16),drowing(pool),fire and others events and the amount of deaths can change at the of game. The game prevent this adding flags like invulnerable or god mode.
