Text entry fields in form is broken in iOS 14 #1

Appears to clear the field after every character typed. This effects numerical as well as text entry

This is a bug in iOS 14.0 and 14.1 that was fixed in iOS 14.2. I do not have a solution for those versions, and will put a warning on the website. Multiline text editor was fixed with 0d81a596f53f7a275d857bfd828ae37d87c77d9d
