Why do raster themes have a type of MapServer Layer #27

See the Admin report All data sources. Almost all raster data has Theme Type that starts with MapServer Layer This includes Raster Band, Mosaic Dataset, RasterDataset. This seems incorrect.

Due to data sources having several interfaces. Raster Layers also implement MapServer Layer; I reordered the check, so that I prefer Raster Layer to MapServer Layer.
