Metadata path is: https://landsat2.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/Landsat/MS/ImageServer

Metadata path should be: https://landsat2.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/Landsat/MS/ImageServer/info/metadata

This is true for MapServer. ImageServer, and FeatureServer

Get a list of all broken metadata paths in the Admin Report All Metadata
