Save button not enabled after changing theme properties

Currently the theme list is not marked as dirty until the user clicks away from a theme.

The theme list should be marked as dirty as soon as the property changes.

Commit 5c875b2844ee52ac5b87b06b3e98b7d474efcc4c addressed this issue for properties that marked the theme as dirty.

Need to check if all bound properties set the theme list to IsDirty
