Data Type throws a null reference exception #45

The attached layer file (with feature service in a group layer) returns "Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when calculating the Data Type.

This was due to a layer not having a selectedSymbol to query for the layer's geometry. Added a check for null and then looked at several of the typical renderers that a feature layer may have. This may not work in all cases, but it is working for the layer file in this issue. See 03395b9492543d7b63354a9d49e125feeee328d7
