When displaying metadata or previewing a theme, a spinner should be displayed that shows that the theme manager is working on the request (async).
I can add a image to the tab control, but it does not provide animation for a GIF. I need to implement owner drawing in a custom tab control to get this effect. See https://stackoverflow.com/a/30307224/542911
