Composerize Erfurt

My changes:

• Makefile:
• removed all zend related stuff, because it will be loaded using composer
• tests/Bootstrap.php
• Removed all include_path and autoloaded related code
• removed ALL require_once calls because manual inclusion of files is no longer neccessary
