[x] Add class constants for Erfurt_Store_Exception error codes
[x] Refactor all code using exception-codes to use the constants.
[x] Add new error code for case of invalid URI on creation of a new graph.

Refactored almost all exceptions to use constants. The detailed information is in the pull request #132 If some names are unsuitable for the errors I would like some ideas for better ones.
