pingback extension causes import and commenting not correctly working #300

At least within the deployment/erm-hd branch pingback extension has to be switched off. If switched on, knowledge base import, even on boot installation (import sysconf), fails. As well comments are stored without time property in this case.

Are you sure you are on the latest develop? Because I've fixed an importing issue with pingback enabled in https://github.com/AKSW/OntoWiki/commit/6f56c5e51b15a0593521e6b88631b37dfd0ed79c . You can check this easily with grep '_get_headers($url)' 'extensions/pingback/PingbackPlugin.php'. If you have this commit in your copy and the issue is still occurring. What exactly does OntoWiki say (please enable debug in config.ini)?

I think this is fixed as mentioned before.
