About Page - Logging Level #377

The Logging Level in the About page shows disabled instead of a logging level or a number in general

refactoring might be a good idea

Numbers Bigger and Smaller then 0-7 are not being checked though(no errors or obvious problems), this could be tested in the Bootstrap.php. Adding a further Variable for enabled/Disabled should be good (for refactoring).
