Jump to Legend leads to hidden button #166

So the legend is hidden below the OW-header (at least if the sidebar contain much information and the browser is able to jump very deep to the bottom)

Which browser?

Chromium 25 and IE7 are working fine:

selected a endpoint
selected a model
clicked to show visualization
clicked to "Jump to legend" in the visualization view and screen jumped to it
legend opened by click to e.g. "Retrieved data"
