It seems that you had a data selection which crippled the server by trying to query over thousands of data. @MichaelMartin mentioned there are over 12 GB of data, including thousands of observations.
Unfortunately, CubeViz is not ready to handle such amount of data yet.
It has around 2.4 million observations alltogether, however they are
distributed over ~ 250 datasets. Is it possible to display an error
message in that case and abort the process?

On some datasets on linkedspending.aksw.org the message "I am working ..." is displayed endlessly even though CPU utilization is at 0% and RAM usage very low.
Alternatively it hangs at "update selection" (also with low CPU and RAM usage).
