Improve the README

Clarify the prefix paragraph
add < and > for the example usages of the rdf_property filter

I've also removed the paragraph:

It is also advised to always enclose complete (without prefixes) URIs in `<` and `>` before passing them to `rdf_property` or `sparql_query`, otherwise an exception (UnMarkedUri) will be thrown.

Is this Exception actually thrown? Is it defined by jekyll-rdf? If so maybe we can add a section Troubleshooting and explain the cause for, when this Exception is thrown.
